02When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection and log data to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

03For investor, metric-access or contact enquiries, we process the identity, contact, interest and consent data you provide to handle the enquiry, communicate before a contract and prevent misuse. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR.

04Enquiries are stored in the website database and may later be transferred to our Folio CRM once the integration is active and documented for data protection purposes. Service providers receive data only where necessary and contractually safeguarded.

05Investor enquiries are generally deleted no later than 24 months after the last relevant contact unless a contract, statutory retention duty or legal defence requires longer storage.

06We send marketing updates only with separate, voluntary consent. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future via info@morepadel.de.

07Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after your voluntary consent. Usage, device and connection data may then be transmitted to Google; advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. Form data is not sent to analytics systems. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. We use Google Search Console for aggregated analysis of our visibility in Google Search.

08Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent and the right to complain to a data protection authority.

09The investor journey is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
